Is it the lighting?

Ok, it may be the way this cover shot is lit, but I feel that the liner, especially on the her right eye needs to be cleaned up. One eye is just so much more made up than the other. Plus what is with the lip liner? Too different from the lip color for my taste…#tammyfayebaker!
